Experience the full diversity of the Track with an adventure of a lifetime on a Cape to Cape End-to-End self-guided hike. Journey over 132km along the spectacular coastline from Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin sharing insights and knowledge with Track specialists, Cape to Cape Explorer Tours. And enjoy the best of Margaret River produce with all your meals taken care of!

Your walk includes stunning and wild coastal landscapes, physical challenge, and delicious meals. Each day indulge in the fresh, local catering that Margaret River is famous for, and walk in the knowledge that your safety and comfort are being taken care of by Cape to Cape to Cape Explorer Tours. 

Our professional, local guides have extensive knowledge and experience interpreting the natural beauty of the Track. We’ve been hiking, surfing, fishing, and foraging in this local environment all our lives – nobody knows the local spots, local stories, local food and local wildlife better than us! We are happy to share this knowledge with you whilst transferring you to and from the track each day.

LOCATION: In the far south-west corner of Western Australia, a broad peninsula projects into the Indian Ocean – ancient, wild, and stunning. Running north to south along its western edge, is the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, the setting of the Cape to Cape Walk Track, and backdrop to the Margaret River Region.

Beginning at Cape Naturaliste in the north, the Track meanders through windswept limestone ridges, deserted white beaches, giant granite marbles, and towering Karri forest to finish up at Cape Leeuwin in the south.

The Margaret River Region is renowned internationally for stunning scenery, world-class beaches, gourmet food, and fine wines.


ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS:

Stay at our awesome hiking hub Surfpoint Resort in either a spacious bell tent or upgrade to a private resort room with shared bathroom or private resort room with ensuite (click through to the extras page to upgrade to a resort room). Each option is subject to availability and please note that Glamping is not available in June, July, August or 16th December to 12th January.


TRACK TRANSFERS:

We highly recommend having your own car or hire car for flexibility, therefore our standard price includes 1 way transfers for the first 3 days (where you will leave your car at the end point in the morning and we take you to the starting point to walk to your car) and 2 way transfers for the remaining 4 days. You can upgrade to 2 ways transfers for the duration of your stay if you do not have a car.


PACKAGE INCLUDES:

– Welcome session: Unique session with CCET staff to learn about the unique geology, flora and fauna with an insightful induction at the head of the track.

– 7 days self-guided walking with state of the art tracking service and emergency support: all support staff carry first aid and communications equipment.

–  7 nights accommodation at our hiking hub Surfpoint Resort in the coastal hamlet of Gnarabup. Accommodation types are subject to availability. Please note bell tents are not available during June, July, August or 16th December to 12th January.

–  1 weekly supply box with a great variety of items for fresh and tasty daily breakfasts. Items are subject to change depending on availability and seasonality, but can include our in-house muesli blend and chia pudding; eggs and breakfast items such as mushrooms, spinach and cherry tomatoes; yoghurt, fresh fruit and wood fired bread; tea & coffee.

– 7 packed lunches, including freshly prepared nutritious meat or salad roll and track snacks

– 4 delicious evening meals prepared by our in-house catering company; The other nights’ meals are left open for you to choose at a local restaurant (at your own cost)

– One way vehicle transfers between the track and your accommodation, you'll receive morning drop offs and in the afternoon you will walk to your vehicle on the first three days, the last four days will be am and pm transfers.

– Cape to Cape Explorer Tours daily custom track notes, maps and a complimentary copy of Jane Scott’s Cape to Cape Track guide book.

– All planning, logistical, administrative and on-ground support.
